Client Services Administrator - 6 month FTC

Be Interested:

  • This role is responsible for providing administrative services to our Enterprise team relating to on boarding clients and satisfying global risk requirements. The majority of the role is centered on maintaining the various information systems with accurate and timely data that clients and the firm can depend on. 
  • Our Hamilton team is looking for an enthusiastic part time administrator to work 20 hours per week over 3 or 4 days.

Be Exceptional:

  • In this role, you'll be the 'go to' person for:
  • On boarding clients including collating client information and completing risk procedures
  • Administration of Companies Office requirements
  • Engagement letter renewals/follow up on Engagement letters
  • Processing and assisting with monthly billings/invoicing and reporting
  • Correspondence and office document management (including preparation and filing)
  • Collating and generating information for reports as required

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of IBS or SAP system in a professional services environment
  • The ability to multi task and manage tight deadlines
