Team Leader - Dunedin

You will be a Team Leader who is visible and available, someone who will engage and motivate their team, ensuring that everyone is delivering a positive customer experience. You will do this through a focus on coaching and mentoring as a team and individually using real-time insights and observations - providing the supports to make everyone a success.

We want to continually improve ourselves and incorporate new ideas into our ways of working, we will use allocation tools, performance boards and real-time customer feedback to truly connect our people to client outcomes.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:

  • Leadership experience in a customer focused or service delivery environment or demonstrated leadership within a team or project and you're looking for your next step
  • Proven ability to motivate operational teams to achieve customer outcomes using data and insights
  • Experience in being a successful coach, adapting your approach to suit individual needs and styles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in complex and/or challenging situations
  • The ability to positively influence employee experience to build engagement
