Fitness Centre Manager

Rangiora Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.


Reporting to the owner, this role is responsible for the smooth, efficient & effective running of the business.

You bring a service approach, going above and beyond to support staff and customers.

The role includes maintaining great relationships, solving problems, administration, marketing & helping where it is needed.

Key Tasks Include
• Staff and Customer Support, including membership sales
• Marketing & Promotions, including proactive community involvement & running programmes
• Facility & Equipment Management
• Compliance & Administration

The successful applicant will be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand!

To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.

Important: If you are uncomfortable in a sales capacity or calling warm leads on the phone, this is not the position for you.


You will:
- Have experience in the fitness industry
- Show how you can provide exceptional customer service
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.
- Have a creative approach to marketing. A good understanding of how to use social media is a must.
- Have a NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and a current Driver’s License.
