He angitūtanga: The opportunity

You will be joining our team in Howick Leisure Centre, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Service Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You'll also be responsible for the set up and breakdown of badminton equipment in the stadium. You will find that no day is the same! 

He kōrero mōu: About you

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role. 

Ideally, you’ll hold a First Aid Certificate.

We have a 6 month fixed term part time position, covering parental leave, working 6.25 hours per week, specifically Saturdays from 7.45am - 2.00pm.
