About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced FMCG/Grocery Territory Manager who is commercially savvy, motivated by working in competitive markets and is excited by a multi category environment.      

As an integral member of a high performing sales team you will thrive on exceeding targets and executing sales strategies for your customers through business category focused planning to deliver results.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager your role is to increase sales and distribution of key brands within your territory. You will build strong customer relationships, negotiate promotional deals and displays and execute promotional activities as required. 

Key Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years as a Territory Manager experience in a medium to large FMCG/Grocery company
  • Effectively manage a team of merchandisers
  • Experience in conducting store reviews, creating promotional plans to drive profitable growth
  • Highly motivated and results orientated with strong customer focus
  • Business Acumen & Data Literacy
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong territory management and planning
