The Opportunity
This role is key in shaping the future of our farming industry, today. You’ll build upon your strong farming and agricultural experience and become the trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers around strategic feed requirements and how we can ensure successful and healthy cattle.  Your natural ability to build relationships and be agile in your approach will mean you will be able to meet targets as well as build sales. This role offers a cross section of farmers from large corporate to owner-operated.You will be responsible for managing the "South Canterbury and North Otago territory".

This role will not only see you adding a positive contribution to our farming community it will also offer career development, a highly collaborative team and leaders, as well as the opportunity to own and build your territory.

About You
As an integral member of our team, you'll will understand farmer needs and be a sounding board for our clients while understanding the issues and challenges they face, both day-to-day, and long-term.

You may be working in a sales representative, account management, or business development role currently and looking to specialise or a strong community farmer, who wants to take a leap into sales and be the face of our business. Your ability to adapt to various customers, providing them with tailored solutions that suit not only the technical side of nutrition but the economical side too.
