About the role:

The Brand Solutions team have a fantastic opportunity for you to join them as the new Brand Solutions Coordinator. Working alongside the Print & Promotions Specialists, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to their high value customers. You will also be a key port of call for our sales team with their promotion, creative and print related queries.

 

Based in the organisations large, open plan and modern headquarters in Highbrook's new business park, this role is responsible for:  

  • Managing and meeting the production expectations of Print/Promo/Creative solutions
  • Coordinating the quotation and production process of print and promo merchandise
  • Maintaining constant and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Following quick turnaround times and solutions with high level quality control
  • Sourcing quotes from suppliers within agreed contractual timelines
  • High levels of customer service, delivering optimum brand solutions exceeding clients' expectations

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of print and promo production methodology, including (but not limited to) print, finishing and binding across Digital, Offset, Screen and Web
  • Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to work autonomously as well as being part of a wider team
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and ideally CS 6 Advantage
  • Ambition to be successful combined with the desire to provide top service
