Agribusiness Territory Manager

We are looking for a tenacious sales hunter who is savvy at building relationships, generating leads and networking to acquire new high value agricultural customers for Genesis. As a Territory Business Manager based in Christchurch you'll be responsible for looking after Agricultural customers across the Canterbury and surrounding regions.

Along with being a self-starter that can produce results we're looking for:

  • Five years B2B sales experience within the service sector.
  • Experience in dealing with Agri business owners and an understanding of the relative markets.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy to ensure you keep up in a fast paced organisation and take advantage of our technology and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with operations and marketing teams and the ability to engage others, influence and build credibility with ease.

To be successful in this role you'll be driven, resilient, commercially savvy and able to adapt your sales approach to suit. Naturally you'll have a strong service ethic to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a role where your ambition and drive will ensure your success - you needn't apply if you experience 'call reluctance'!
