Programme Coordinator, Land Domain

Are you an experienced Project or Programme Coordinator looking for your next challenge?

We are looking for a fixed term Programme Coordinator to join us for 2 years. You'll provide vital support to our Domain Director who is responsible for the delivery of a large range of projects in the Land Domain.

Skills and experience required:

To achieve in the role you'll need to have outstanding relationship management and communication skills, and be highly organised and flexible in your approach. You'll likely also have:

  • A proven track record in supporting large complex programmes or projects
  • Experience in project management methodologies, specifically practical risk management
  • Purchasing and budget support experience
  • Proven ability to deal with complex, conceptual issues and to apply problem solving techniques
  • Highly developed relationship management skills - you will be assisting the Domain Director by being the 'eyes and ears' across multiple projects
  • Scheduling and Microsoft Project skills
  • Continuous improvement focus
  • Highly organised and systematic with an attention to detail
  • A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 would be useful
  • Knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantage

This means you must have a minimum of New Zealand permanent residence status, as well as being a citizen of one of the above countries.
