Resource Coordinator Rotorua - May 2019

Enliven is a sector leading not for profit organisation providing home and community support to people of all ages, who may be injured or living with a disability or aged related health condition.
We are looking for a warm and engaging person to join our friendly Rotorua based team working as a Resource Coordinator.  Spending your day on the phone and utilizing your exceptional computer skills, you will be scheduling rosters and communicating services.  You will be the “voice” of Enliven for clients, families, and employees.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse community is needed.  This is a full time role Monday to Friday 36 hours a week with flexibility of start and finish times.

Exceptionally organised with strong customer service skills
Thrives in a fast paced ever changing work day
Ability to work closely with others
Accurate with strong attention to detail
Fast and efficient data entry and computer competence
