Tank is a fun and fresh kiwi company and are we are looking for some new talent to join our Support Office team. Working for TANK is an exciting opportunity - no day is the same and you will find yourself collaborating with all departments in the business.
The Human Resources Coordinator / Advisor role would suit a person who has figured out HR is their thing and is motivated to make a difference in the workplace. There is a lot going on so this person will be up for a challenge, you will see value in building processes and systems to get the most bang for your buck!
You will be able to take ownership of multiple projects with a focus on finding solutions. It will be in your nature to persist when things seem complex or difficult.
There are a few things on the go, spanning across the all HR generalist functions so you will be able to grow and learn in all areas of HR practice.
Coaching and supporting managers within the business
Coordination of recruitment process
Coordination of the induction/on-boarding programme
Learning and Development projects
Support internal communication intranet development and maintenance
Coordinate Employee Engagement Initiatives
To be successful you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
2-5 years working in HR
Proven performance management experience
Knowledge of employment law
Strong communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines, and manage your time efficiently
A tertiary qualification in HR or similar is preferred.
