Tank is a fun and fresh kiwi company and are we are looking for some new talent to join our Support Office team. Working for TANK is an exciting opportunity - no day is the same and you will find yourself collaborating with all departments in the business.

The Human Resources Coordinator / Advisor role would suit a person who has figured out HR is their thing and is motivated to make a difference in the workplace. There is a lot going on so this person will be up for a challenge, you will see value in building processes and systems to get the most bang for your buck!

You will be able to take ownership of multiple projects with a focus on finding solutions. It will be in your nature to persist when things seem complex or difficult.

There are a few things on the go, spanning across the all HR generalist functions so you will be able to grow and learn in all areas of HR practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coaching and supporting managers within the business

  • Performance Management

  • Coordination of recruitment process

  • Coordination of the induction/on-boarding programme

  • Learning and Development projects

  • Support internal communication intranet development and maintenance

  • Coordinate Employee Engagement Initiatives

  • HR Administration

To be successful you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • 2-5 years working in HR

  • Proven performance management experience

  • Knowledge of employment law

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive attitude

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, and manage your time efficiently

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or similar is preferred.
