Master Schedule Co-ordinator

We are looking for an amazing self-starter to manage all tasks related to administering strategies for Sky’s promotional priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously evolve the Master Schedule process and documents to ensure continued relevance during the changing Promotion and communications needs of the business
  • Initially to include performance measures of promoted content, and to incorporate VOD priorities into the process.
  • Work with Head of Content Promotion to facilitate monthly Master Schedule meetings and Quarterly Content Roadmap meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with stakeholders regarding their inputs and outputs generated by these meetings
  • Creation and distribution of Master Schedule outcomes and amendments, and any related communications
  • Carry out accurate schedule amendments in a timely manner
  • Maintain multiple documents related to Master Schedule activities, ensuring these are always accurate
  • Responsible for communicating information around fast track content to the wider business
  • Point of contact for promotions operational teams and general Master Schedule queries
  • Work within SKY’s Health and Safety policies and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Other duties as requested

Key requirements: 

  • Communications or Media qualification or equivalent experience mandatory
  • At least two years Administrative or Business co-ordination work
  • Pay or Broadcast Television Programming experience an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and dedication to “getting the job done”
  • Strong, concise writing ability – excellent grammatical skills
  • IBMS literate
  • Strong communication skills
  • An understanding of content rights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
