Client Services Support



This role will work alongside senior brokers in our Health & Benefits team, and will be the key point of contact for member services for group life and health insurance clients. Key areas of accountability will include all aspects of member services for clients, assistance with claims and underwriting management, client database management, and liaison with insurers. 


The Role

  • Managing claims including answering client enquiries and arranging the completion of claim forms and filing claims with insurers.
  • Monitor claims progress to ensure follow up with insurers and timely resolution of claims.
  • Work with Account Managers to manage claims settlement and deductibility process to a finalised position
  • Monitor & confirm that clients are in receipt of claims settlements, either direct from insurer or through Willis Towers Watson
  • Managing underwriting requirements through liaison between clients and insurers,
  • Production of underwriting letters and ensuring systems updated with underwriting details
  • Processing voluntary insurance applications and providing premium quotations
  • Producing renewal request and completion letters
  • Follow up insurers in relation to renewals, applications & checking renewal data
  • Managing member enquiries via email and phone
The Requirements
  • Strong Administrative skills with excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with claims in group life and/or health insurance and/or underwriting
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage expectations and requirements of multiple stakeholders
  • Eglobal experience is an advantage
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills
  • Previous experience in Life insurance or health insurance would be advantageous
