We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Store Operations team for The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery brands within our Group. Reporting through to the EGM Operations you will be responsible for identifying and improving the outcomes of operational processes to improve systems and people efficiencies, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and implementing continuous improvement systems and practices across our Store Operations network.
  • Programme managing the activities to ensure costs, productivity and efficiency are met to continuously make our stores a success for our people and our customers.
  • Measure and report value delivered back to the business from continuous improvement activities.
  • Managing budgets and P&Ls.

  • Drive a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Vast experience in project management and process improvement.
  • A retail/consumer industry background is beneficial but not essential.
  • You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a future thinking mentality.

  • You will have experience working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • You will show excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management influencing skills.

We are looking for a senior level person who has a passion and commitment to making a difference, who can think outside the square and who identifies a problem as a positive challenge. To truly succeed in this role, you will need to be highly resilient; have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and through your extensive leadership experience you will be able to manage change in a complex environment all while keeping the team engaged.
