Resourcer Branch Support

Due to a long term staff member making a career change, this role is now available within our Hamilton office full time.

As Resourcer Branch Support you will be first port of call for our customers and workers both via phone and face to face so you must have a passion for both customer service backed by strong administration experience.

It is a varied role that supports the recruitment consultants with candidate registrations, managing compliance paperwork, timesheet and payroll duties, managing general enquiries, filing, data entry, PPE stock management along with conducting pre-employment checks that include and are not limited to drug screening and background checks. It can be a very fast paced and diverse environment therefore attention to detail, having a clam nature whilst multi-tasking is imperative.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
* have a proven minimum 12 months admin experience
* be well presented and take pride in your work
* have great communication skills both written and verbal with impeccable phone manners
* be competent using MS Office
* have the ability to think on your feet, multi task and have excellent time management skills
* enjoy working in a vibrant and busy team environment
* be honest, trustworthy , reliable and take ownership in all that you do
* understand the importance of company processes and health and safety in the workplace
* have a clean criminal history, be drug free and eligible to work in NZ
