Customer Service - Medical Devices

The Role

Working in a small but integral team reporting directly to the Australian Customer Service Team leader, your role is responsible for ensuring the co-ordination and processing of customer orders are proactively dispatched. Specialising in medical technologies this business draws on their employees innate nature to support and help people in their daily role whilst being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high attention to detail is key. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently to all inbound telephone and email queries including accurate recording of correspondence in the CRM.
  • Accurately receive and enter order enquiries of loan kits, consignment stock and patient on table orders into the JDE system.
  • Liaise with multiple internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Loan Kit, Distribution Warehouse and external stakeholders to support the wider business to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate to improve and streamline business functions.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working within a customer service environment. 
  • You will have a genuine desire to want to directly contribute to helping people in your every day role.
  • You will be someone who will be able to work efficiently with a high attention to detail at all times.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet deadlines whilst under pressure.
  • A natural investigative, problem solver and “go-getter” attitude to contribute and streamline any issues or processes within the scope of your role.
  • Experience or related study in the medical field would aid in your success in this role.
