With Head Quarters in Hamilton, New Zealand and sales offices plus distribution warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth we have a network of over 2000 motorcycle dealers who rely on us to provide the best products and service from the bottom of New Zealand to the top of Australia. We are looking for a Full Time Administration Assistant based in Hamilton, who is well organised, can multitask and has a positive can-do attitude. You will report directly to the Group Financial Controller but will support all areas of the business including cover for our Australian Administration. Having experience in an Administration role would be an advantage, but the following skills are essential;

Duties and Responsibilities
This is a diverse role which encompasses the following core duties and responsibilities but is not limited to these. Experience with Accredo accounting package would be useful, but training will be provided.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Customer Service Support
- Answering the Phones
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
- International Payments
- Reps Expenses
- General Admin – banking, petty cash, mail, stationary, filing
- Keeping PPSR Updated
- Debt Collection
- Outlook Annual Leave Calendars
