Kia Ora, Welcome.. We’re on the lookout for a customer and sales focused Branch Manager to take charge of our Auckland City depot.
Ezi Car Rental is a Kiwi owned and operated success story, currently servicing the five major New Zealand airport locations plus Auckland City. From humble beginnings in the not-so-distant past, we’ve emerged a serious player in the New Zealand rental car market with over 90% of our large fleet less than 9 months old; excellent customer satisfaction scores, and significant plans for future innovation and growth.
As a natural sales superstar and people manager, the new Branch Manager will lead a well-established team by example from our Auckland City depot, located in a prominent location on Beach Road in Auckland CBD.
Working closely with Airport branch staff, you will organise and coordinate daily fleet movement logistics. The Branch Manager will plan staff rosters according to the needs of the business; set daily sales targets for staff; monitor and coach staff for improved sales performance; ensure customer service standards and maintained and improved; ensure company policy is adhered to, and coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance.
Along with your solid management experience, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude, you’re motivated, organised and passionate and, you'll be the kind of person for whom achieving the best possible outcome is just the way you roll - whatever the challenge.
