Infrastructure Project Manager

Are you looking for your next challenge in your engineering or project management career? Then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for someone who wants to be directly involved in the Council's vision of 'Building a life-style Capital'

The role is for a Project Manager within our Infrastructure Project team. This role would see you take the lead in delivering projects which enhance the built environment. With your excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills you will ensure that projects are delivered safely and that project time-frames and costs are monitored and reported.

Ideally you'll come to us with a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in engineering, three waters or building sectors. Experience with project management and project leadership, involvement in collaborative contract working and design or construction experience would be advantageous.

At the New Plymouth District Council we aim to create and sustain a truly rewarding workplace environment for our staff. You can expect to start in this role between $84,906 - $91,509. We have also put together an integrated Total Rewards Framework that spans Wellbeing, Development, Benefits, Culture and Recognition.
