Seeking a Pre-construction Project Manager to join an award-winning residential construction company, to build quality, affordable homes in predominantly south east Auckland.   

The Role

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will be managing the Consultants, Architects, Council and the design process through to sign off and hand over to the Construction Team. This position offers plenty of opportunity for development and growth for those looking to put their previous Project Management or Site Management experience to work.

This is a varied role, with plenty of scope, interaction and opportunity to build on long term relationships.

Duties

  • Maintaining Client relationships
  • Travel within the Auckland region
  • Regular client and site visits
  • Oversee multiple projects
  • Construction site evaluation
  • Evaluation of materials and projected costs

Skills and Experience

  • Field experience
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to evaluate technical drawings
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Experience with MS Office
