Cedenco Foods New Zealand Ltd is a leading NZ based food processing company with modern facilities in Gisborne, supplying domestic and international customers with a diversified range of value-added food ingredients.
We are currently looking for an Agronomist to join our Gisborne team.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for working with our growers and within the company’s farming operation to optimise production of vegetable crops, working within the Cedenco team coordinating harvesting activities and deliveries to the factory, managing crop R&D programs and developing and managing sustainability initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for NZ agribusiness, a desire to apply technology and science to developing better crop outcomes and be a people person with proven interpersonal skills and success working in a team environment.
