Strategy and Performance Coordinator

Would you like to be part of an organisation that is truly innovative and working to benefit the young, vibrant and connected community of Tâmaki - located 12km from Auckland’s CBD? This is a role that allows you to be part of a journey that is paving the way for change and making a real contribution to social transformation, economic development, placemaking and housing resources for residents of Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England.

Interested? If the answer is “yes”, then look no further. Tâmaki Regeneration Company is working in partnership with the community, HLC, private developers, home builders, Auckland Council and other stakeholders to ensure the Tâmaki region has quality neighbourhoods that support excellent life outcomes for residents now and in the future.

Tâmaki Regeneration is the largest urban transformation project in New Zealand, creating a thriving, attractive, sustainable and self-reliant community.

Reporting into the Strategy and Performance Manager, this is a varied role, where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for consolidating organisational data into monthly reports, assisting with the development of projects, ensuring that milestones are met and setting up meetings and programme steering groups across internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Crown agencies, council organisations and community groups). You will also be involved in managing work plans and consolidating information for Board and Senior Leadership meetings.

We are looking for someone who is agile, well organised, has exceptional stakeholder management and is very comfortable influencing and gaining buy-in across all levels of our business. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be competent using Microsoft Office. Above all you will be culturally aware and enjoy working within a fun, dynamic and innovative team.

If you are intrigued by the opportunity and are passionate about using your relationship building and coordination skills to give back to the community, then please call today.
