Product Manager - SAAS

We are excited to be partnering with Volpara Solutions to assist in the recruitment of multiple key roles in their fast-growing company. We are looking for customer centric, highly analytical and passionate Product Managers to drive the performance of their key solutions.

With a presence in 35 countries worldwide and continued growth since listing on the ASX, Volpara Solutions is further growing their Wellington based R&D team in-order to deliver more value to their customers. Their teams are dedicated to speeding up the diagnosis process for detecting breast cancer, by creating market leading software and tools – and with recently regulatory changes in the US their products are becoming a market standard.

Their Mission Statement is to reduce the mortality and cost of breast cancer by providing clinically-validated software that underpins personalized, high-quality breast cancer screening.

We are looking for multiple Product Managers to work across their SAAS based product suite. Working in the medical technology market, developing well performing, highly accurate and user friendly products is critical.

Working across a high functional technical / operational team, you will lead your product segment and advocate for product development to meet the needs and wants of the customer / market.

It is important to have demonstrable experience in all the areas of product development, however the key attributes to be successful in this role are:

  • Customer Centricity; ability to emphasis with the customer. Listening and gathering requirements and driving meaningful outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator; you will need to be able to articulate your Customer requirements to the Development team and push to get the required changes / developments made. 
  • Analytical mindset; you will be faced with situations were you will need to assess data / information to support decision making. 
  • Pro-active approach; you will need to take charge of your product, push for what’s important for the customer and feel comfortable testing and releasing developments in to production.
