            About the position

This is an autonomous role and you will be in charge of your own day. We want you to be out and about in finding your own leads, builds relationships and drive sales across the line.  The role has been carefully crafted for an ambitious “SALES HUNTER” who has high level of motivation and commitment on winning sales. Supported with training and tools, the primary goal of this role is to grow new business opportunities across East Auckland market.

This role is not for the risk-adverse, as you need to push yourself and be willing to give things a go.

 

Duties of role

  • Actively promote Honda product and services.
  • Drive the sales of Finance and Insurance products
  • Consistently meet Vehicle and Product Sales Targets through sourcing of new customer and manage high retention.
  • Make calls, emails, visit clients and look outside the box to find solution to hit the sales target
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention.
  • Maximise Dealership profitability through the sale of Finance, Lease, Insurance and other aftermarket products during the Dealerships Sales Procedure.

Skills & Experience

We want someone who is confident and loves to hunt for new business prospects. We are seeking for an experienced salesperson and exposure to automotive industry is preferred. A background in finance and insurance is not required, but would definitely be an advantage. As this is a corporate role, we require a confident communicator and someone who possess the very highest standards of professionalism and customer service. You must have the ability to learn and pick things up quickly. Good computer and time-management skills are also essential for this role.
