Accounts Clerk - Ford Lease Scheme (0.6FTE)

What does the role involve? 

  • Taking ownership of all aspects of our Lease Scheme with Ford
  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries
  • Managing high volumes of invoice preparation and administration
  • Creating Direct Debit payment runs 
  • Holding scheme suppliers accountable and managing AR
  • Increasing scheme efficiencies and improving processes
  • Supporting our finance team with additional AP invoices, travel bookings and corporate credit card processing as required 

What will you need to be successful?

  • High ethical standards
  • IT literacy (particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, and SAP)
  • First class attention to detail
  • Impeccable time management/organisational skills
  • Drive, positivity and self-motivation
  • The ability to engage in difficult conversations with a solutions-focused mindset
