Key Account Manager - PEL
WHO
You will know the business and their brands because they will be a part of your everyday life. They are a medium sized FMCG company focused on their people, customers, consumers, communities and the environment. This role is a key role in the business where you can really stamp your mark and progress quickly!
 
WHAT
Reporting into the National Business Manager for Woolworths NZ this is a varied and integral role to the National Accounts Team. You will have full responsibility for designated categories including business planning, promotional planning, trade spend management and P&L responsibility.  You will be working closely with the Business Manager, working with them on the strategy to achieve sales targets & brand distribution as well as providing insight & category growth opportunities from data. Like every role there is a certain amount of admin attached to this role, loading promotional activity, forecasting, reporting, etc but it's important to understand Key Account Management from the ground up in order excel in this area.  
 
YOU?
  • You will ideally have a business degree or relevant tertiary qualification
  • You will need 2-5 years FMCG experience
  • You will either be a highly analytical Category Analyst or Account Executive or Account Manager wanting that first step into Key Accounts
  • Commercially savvy and a strong financial acumen
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Intelligent, professional, driven, ambitious and career orientated
  • Passionate about the FMCG industry
