This organisation has several branches nationwide, is not-for-profit however works within the private sector and offers some great services to the New Zealand public and globally.

This client is looking for an experienced AP/AR professional to come on board on a temporary 3 month basis to start.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following abilities:

  • Building good rapport and relationships with customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Processing of invoices
  • Accounts payable and receivable experience
  • Receipting and allocating payments via check and direct credit
  • Ad Hoc Finance administration
  • Good excel skills, e.g. formatting cells, formulas etc.
  • FMIS/MYOB experience ideally

The successful candidate will need to be open-minded, use their initiative and be open to change as the business grows. There is opportunity to work between 30-40 hours, and flexibility around hours for the right person. Due to some restaffing this is a 3 month contract however further into the role there is room to reassess duration.
