Booking Administrator

Auckland Radiology Group (ARG) are a wholly NZ owned and operated company dedicated to excellence in radiology services. Our radiologists, MRT's, sonographers and administration staff are highly valued and experts in their fields.

The ARG Booking Centre aims to provide an efficient and customer focused service to ARG referrers, patients and staff.  We are looking for a fantastic Administrator to support our Bookings Team at our main 101 Remuera Road branch.

The team books all appointments, including Ultrasound, MR, CT and interventional procedures.  

Previous Medical Reception and/or Radiology Administration experience is essential, and previous experience in a Call Centre environment would be an advantage.

The role will be challenging at times and would suit an empathetic and calm individual with excellent communication skills and an outstanding phone manner. Fluent English is essential.

The successful candidate will be a team player and have the ability to multitask.  You will have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both patients and referrers, and have the ability to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and colleagues.
