The Role

We are excited to offer this opportunity to join our Student Admissions and Enrolments team.

The role of the Admissions Administrator - International is to provide administrative services including advice and support to international students applying to study at Ara. Our Administrators provide fantastic customer service to current and potential students either face to face or via email. As part of this role you will manage a caseload of international applications and be expected to develop working knowledge of the regulations around the enrolment of international students.

Duties

  • To proactively promote Ara programmes, courses and services through the provision of accurate and thorough programme and course advice
  • To provide a customer focused, effective and efficient information, advice, admission and enrolment service
  • Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of INZ policies & procedures, including processing of visa applications

Skills/Experience

Your customer centric approach, ability to sell the benefits of studying at Ara and to quickly learn new systems and processes will facilitate your success in this role.

You will also need:

  • Excellent time management and extensive office administration experience
  • Effective organisational skills, team focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Speed, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
