HR Administrator

This is a generalist role and it would be expected that you understand the core basic policy and processes of HR, and have experience working in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment, advertising, screening, drawing up employment paperwork
  • Coordination, scheduling and follow up of staff training requirements
  • Participation in Health & Safety system
  • Assisting with the performance review process
  • Provide support on tasks related to HR policies and processes
  • General and ad-hoc projects
  • Business support for our HR tools and applications

About you:

The successful applicant will need to be well organised and at the same time flexible with their task management, in order to ensure their effort achieves maximum results. Managerial support will be provided by a senior team who understand the importance of HR to company-wide success. Knowledge of Cornerstone would be advantageous.
