About the role

You will…

Support the Quality Manager in ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained and improved.

Be responsible for performing internal audits for Volpara's quality and regulatory obligations, including ISO13485 and ISO27001.

Be responsible for ensuring that appropriate audit documentation is maintained.

Ensure findings from internal audits are entered into the Quality Improvement (CAPA) system and actioned without undue delay.

Attend Product/Project meetings as required to provide input/advice from a Quality perspective.

Participate in External Audits as required.

Skills and experience

You have …

A Quality certification or equivalent work experience eg auditing, documentation management.

A strong sense of ownership and proactively take responsibility and look for ways to help your team achieve its goals.

Good verbal and written communications skills and can tailor complex information for consumption by stakeholders.

Ability to troubleshoot and can demonstrate your approach to understanding and resolving problems.

The ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions that provide the business with the best outcome.

An open personality, someone who wants to get things done and has a positive attitude towards feedback.

A willingness to give direct feedback and work with teams to improve processes.

You might also have …

Exposure to working in the field of medical device manufacture.

Exposure to working within ISO9001, ISO13485 and/or an ISO27001 environment.

Familiarity with a range of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint.
