As the company continues its impressive growth, this position has been created. Reporting to the General Manager - Insurance, we are seeking an exceptional Broker with experience in successfully selling and managing insurance policies to a diverse range of clients. 

This is not your ‘stock and standard’ opportunity. For an ambitious, highly motivated and driven individual the successful applicant will join a company who excel in their field of expertise and understand that with the right people on board the rest takes care of itself. 

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • New business development; generating new business across your territory through use of your network and those of Hazlett Limited.
  • Ensure new clients you secure are managed effectively and retained over the long-term.
  • Work collaboratively with those throughout the Hazlett business identifying and providing referrals where appropriate and possible.

Your profile:

  • Experience in the Insurance sector, Rural or Commercial.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of insurance clients.
  • Well-organised with the ability to coordinate and support others.
  • Pragmatic and solutions focused.
  • Able to constructively challenge the norm and ask the ‘right’ questions.
