Systems Administrator - FMIS

Your new company in a nutshell:

A charitable organisation based just outside of Auckland's CBD

 

What will you do?

As a Systems Administrator you will ensure this company's applications and systems are effectively supported, and any systems risks are minimised, while enabling the greatest value to be extracted from their systems investment.

 

Within this role you will be the primary support person for their Financial Management Information System.  This will include user administration, issue management, configuration changes, training and testing.

 

 

Your background, skills and experience:

  • At least three years experience in application support roles
  • Previous experience supporting Financial Management Information Systems
  • TechnologyOne Finance experience preferred
  • Strong Accounting Principles and Finance Processes knowledge
  • Experience with system configuration
  • System and integration testing experience
  • The ability to self manage
  • The ability to quickly understand new business environments, issues and data challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project skills
  • A clean driving license is required
