Evaluation and Behaviour Change Advisor

Are you looking for a new challenge?


 Our client is looking for an experienced Evaluations and Change Advisor for this large government organisation. Key to success in this role is the ability to plan, manage and implement evaluation and research projects and clearly communicate findings to a range of audiences. It would be advantageous if you are experienced in working with culturally diverse communities, and have a sound understanding of Tangata Whenua and Te Tiriti concepts.


The successful candidate will have

  • A deep understanding of a range of research and evaluation approaches, and extensive experience in applying this within a commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of a range of evaluation and research methods and approaches
  • Familiarity with conservation and sustainability related projects would be beneficial
  • The capability to connect and collaborate effectively across the system
  • Enjoyment in working with external stakeholder groups as well as internal operational colleagues
  • A graduate or post-graduate qualification in a social sciences related discipline
  • Has experience in designing and evaluating behaviour change and the impact
  • Has proven experience in understanding what are the factors that shift and change people's behaviour
  • Has proven experience in behaviour change intervention and/or behavioural economics
