The Pitch.

There's a common misconception that Coke sells itself, yes it's the number one brand in the world but to get it and our other brands into stores and into your hands it takes more than that. It takes a team of enthusiastic, professional and fun loving sales superstars to develop, build and leverage relationships, seize opportunities and increase market share.

The Role.

As a Grocery BDE you'll be responsible for growing our brands through providing sensational customer service and ensuring that our products are at their optimum in the market place.  Relationships are everything in this role as you'll be dealing with everyone from the storeman to the owners of multi-million dollar supermarkets. It's a great role if you are genuinely committed to building a career in FMCG sales; after all who better to kick your career off with than the biggest brand in the world?

What Do I Need?

Energy and drive combined with your business acumen and resilient approach.  As a high performing member of our team, you will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus and have the desire and passion to succeed in one of our most high volume routes.

The Benefits.

On top of your starting salary you’ll also receive a $650 annual product allowance and a company-branded car, along with shares, superannuation, and the opportunity to earn an annual sales incentive. Pretty sweet! Most importantly, with our world-famous learning and development environment it is your future that will be invested in - who knows where your career path will take you!

The Culture.

We're exceptionally proud to be recognised by AON Hewitt as one of NZ's Best Employers for 3 years in a row! If you ask our team what they love about working here, they'll tell you it's our people, our brands, and our culture. We have an inclusive work environment, and actively embrace our diversity of people, ideas, talents and experiences. Our vision and values are at the heart of all that we do, with a team truly committed to creating millions of moments of happiness and possibilities for our employees - just as we are for our customers and our consumers. Aligned to our values, we are empowered to Take the Lead, Keep It Real, and Stand Together.
