What’s the role?
The People Experience (“PX”) team at Xero, are not like traditional HR teams. Put simply, we are here to make our employees experience at Xero awesome! Based in our Wellington office, we’re now looking for a talented People Experience Advisor to join our team!

In this busy role, you’ll have the opportunity to truly make an impact. Working closely with our People Experience Business Partners, you will provide effective generalist HR support and advice to our leaders and awesome Xeros across NZ. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your craft and get involved in a wide range of HR matters globally!

How you will add value?

  • Partner closely with our People Experience Business Partners and contribute meaningful, accurate generalist HR advice and support across 1-2 business portfolios.
  • Provide support and assistance with all of our major people processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to all general HR queries.
  • Contribute to our “PX” projects and develop materials to include in our staff induction programs, employee engagement initiatives, remuneration reviews, policies, and coaching and developing leaders.

What we’re looking for:
Ideally, you will be an HR generalist with advisory level experience across the broad spectrum of HR. We are looking for someone to join our team who is used to and thrives on, working in a busy environment and is confident in working with people at all levels of the business.
