If you've been exposed to management in 5-star customer service environments or have been in the health and fitness industry, then this exciting role could be for you! 

About the role:
As the Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for effective, efficient and timely management of daily Club operations, and you will lead the team to achieve Club standards and goals. This role presents many opportunities to channel your excellent management skills and be successful in the industry, it is the perfect role if you’re looking to strengthen your health and fitness career.

Key responsibilities:

  • • Excellent operational and financial management of the Club 
  • • Proactively drive sales and marketing performance 
  • • Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service standards
  • • Ensure the club is compliant with relevant procedures, legislation and brand standards
  • • Lead, inspire and develop your team
