Consultant/Senior Consultant - Change, People Advisory Services -...

As globalization, shifting demographics, digital technology, innovation and regulation continue to impact the world, organizations must be able to adapt quickly and foster an agile people environment that responds to these disruptive forces.

EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) branch believes we will achieve a better working world by helping our clients harness their people agenda — by getting the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, for the right cost, doing the right things. By focusing on our client’s talent needs, we can provide exciting and innovative solutions for the workforce of the future, which is already here! If you believe collective purpose, innovation and empathy are key attributes for what digital global leadership needs to be successful, then EY is the right place to explore further.

We work globally and collaborate in professional teams to address complex issues in organization transformation, employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR in business strategy. As a member of PAS, you will be part of a supportive global team with a vast array of experiences, broad network, deep sector expertise and entrepreneurial spirit not always evident in a large organization. So whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

The better the question. The better the answer. The better the world works.
