This is a great opportunity and would suit someone with 12-18 months of exposure to L&D or project coordination. You will be super passionate about learning and have experience in juggling multiple projects/deadlines, manage a consistent approach to communication with stakeholders, have an inquisitive eye for detail and have excellent relationship management skills.  

Managing several programmes of learning you will be assigned a specialist portfolio and be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the business in providing expect advice, identifying best practise and leading the  high level design analysis, development and implementation of learning.

They’re a tight, positive and motivated team so it’s important that you’re a team player who’ll fit in well and get on with the business of developing great learning.  You’ll bring a strong listening ear along with a curiosity to learn all about the business. Collaboration across key stakeholders is a big must-have so if you have experience in this area that’s a bonus.
