About the Role

We require a confident Administrator to provide professional administrative services and support toour largeCentral Roading Delivery department. Duties include data management, providing reports, analysis, calendar management, filing, minute taking, general administrationand back up as necessary.

You will also be required to produce various documentation and reports to agreed standards and timeframes, assist with electronic and hard copy filing systems, process incoming and outgoing mail and manage communication channels.

An ability to manage confidential and sensitive data and documentaiton isessential, along with high levelorganisational skills enabling you to manage project reporting timetables and meet deadlines. Bringing your energy and confident approach you will support the department to ensure capacity and efficiency is maximised and projects are delivered in full and on time.

A genuine interest in project management will see you support best practice and compliance with AT's project management framework and advance the vision of 'a centre of project delivery excellence'.

This role is suited to candidates with the following attributes and work experience:

  • 1+ years' experience in an administrative role within a large and or complex organisation.
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and online media applications.
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail.
  • Keen to learn and apply new knowledge and skills.
  • Personally resilient with high levels of energy and positivity, regardless of circumstances.
  • Top communication expertise, with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Experience supporting and working with a range of stakeholders.
