HR Coordinator

One thing you should know about DairyNZ ... it's not all about cows! They're an essential part of our industry.... but take a closer look and you'll see there's much more that makes this sector a success. From analysts to marketers, scientists to accountants, at DairyNZ you’ll be surrounded by a bunch of bright sparks who are all passionate about what they do.

The Role:

Our forward-thinking, delivery focused HR Team, has a big impact on ensuring the success of DairyNZ and we are looking for a unique new team member to help us continue to do so. In this role you will work with people across the whole organisation nationally, primarily supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems functions of our team.

Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with HR Generalists and our HR Data, Systems and Remuneration Specialist; ensuring our systems data is up to date and accurate, manage onboarding and exit processes, and support the recruitment process. The role also supports other aspects of the HR function, where needed, including contribution to critical team projects. This role presents the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of Human Resources; and for the right person, advancement in their career.

This role is a permanent, full-time position based in our Newstead office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support
  • Onboarding Support
  • Systems Support

About You:

We're seeking a highly collaborative team player with an eye for detail and ability to manage highly confidential information with accuracy and integrity. You will be process orientated and have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. You will possess advanced computer and time management skills, prioritising and organising your workload with ease.

You will need to be a fast learner, work with efficiency and initiative, and have a keenness to help the team succeed through the provision of a top-notch support.

An HR qualification would be preferred, although not essential - but a proactive approach to your work, a positive attitude and a willingness to “muck in” certainly is!

If you want to be part of a high achieving team, who enjoy a lot of fun along the way, then this is the role for you!
