Beef and Lamb Programme Manager

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join the ANZCO team in the role of Beef and Lamb Programme Manager. The Programme Manager supports ANZCO's sales and marketing and livestock teams through the coordination and execution of specific programmes that link ANZCO's beef and lamb suppliers to ANZCO's customers.

The programme manager plays an integral role at ANZCO, ensuring the integrity of ANZCO's specific beef and lamb programmes, alignment of supply and demand, as well as ensuring we meet our customer's expectations, including the undertaking of all required reporting. This role has a strong reporting and administration component along with the relationship management of numerous groups of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Day to day co-ordination of ANZCO's beef and lamb programmes
  • Effectively work with producers, livestock teams and the wider sales and marketing team to ensure engagement with programme initiatives, delivery on time and in full, and provide commercial value to all parties
  • Co-ordinate customer requirements and translate and communicate these requirements to ANZCO's programme suppliers in a timely and effective manner
  • Undertake and deliver on all programme reporting requirements for both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in these roles, you will have the following:

  • A tertiary degree in agricultural science/agribusiness supported by five years commercial experience in the Agribusiness sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with robust administration and process management skills and experience
  • Expert skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and managing databases
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences efficiently and effectively, including facilitating groups and meetings
  • Resilience and ability to manage tough conversations, achieving the desired outcome
