HR Coordinator & Administrator

Manufacturing company are currently looking for a HR Coordinator & Administrator to join their thriving team!

Your new company

This highly successful, Australasian manufacturing company has been in the NZ market for over 6 years, they are continuous growing with offices in both the North and South Island, working mainly in the commercial sector.

Your new role

This is a varied HR Coordinator and Administrative role, where you will be apart of the end to end recruitment process, everything from screening candidates, setting up both domestic and international
interviews, ensuring potential candidates have the correct documentation, asking the right questions and reference checking, ensuring time sheets are correct and helping candidates with the immigration process to move to the beautiful New Zealand...and everything in between.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be focused with excellent attention to detail and have a basic knowledge of the recruitment process, you will have the ability to handle a bunk admin duties and keep calm under pressure. Having a territory qualification in HR is not necessary, however you will need to hit the ground running with regards the administrative duties. Experience in the manufacturing or construction would be an advantage.


What you'll get in return

This is a 30 - 35 hour week, with incredible flexible hours that will fit around your schedule. There is parking onsite and you will be apart of a supportive team. West Auckland location
