HR and Recruitment Coordinator

With approximately 420 staff in NZ, this is a busy role that will see you working alongside our Head of HR and working across our national business. We're looking for someone that's comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and loves a role that offers variety.

The Role:

As HR and Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the team in updating policies, job descriptions, and drafting adverts. You will be the learning and development coordinator too, encouraging and guiding our employees and managers through growth, progression and upskilling.

Additional duties:

  • Contract approval and generation
  • Immigration process for employees, as well as company accreditation
  • Placing job adverts and carrying out the full recruitment process
  • HR Queries
  • Health and Safety 

About You:

You will be a dynamic employee, happy getting stuck in to support the business in all areas of HR and Recruitment. At Ricoh, we are seen as subject matter experts, with our employees and managers looking to us for guidance and support with anything HR and Recruitment related.

  • Attitude is key! You need to be down to earth and happy to help out with any task, big or small
  • Previous experience in recruitment and HR desired
  • Awesome verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
