Operations Manager

Your management skills will see you supervising the roofing and spray applicator teams, leading them to achieve quality outcomes whilst creating a strong safety culture. Additionally you will support the Branch Manager, to ensure the branch runs smoothly across all functions.  You will be passionate about fostering an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on developing great systems and processes whilst keeping your eye on excellent customer service and results.

  • A proactive and practical individual
  • Able to think for yourself and solve problems
  • Excellent at planning and organising jobs for staff and contractors
  • Great at supervising people
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to develop and implement excellent systems and processes
  • Experienced in undertaking health and safety audits
  • Able to get on with customers and colleagues
  • Computer savvy
