Business Process and Procedures Documentation Specialist - contract role

This is a great new, initial 3-4-month contract opportunity, to help a business review, refine and document business processes and procedures, for a few key internal business functions.  You will work for a fantastic, well-respected, well led medium sized business.

Your expertise is required to help clarify, establish, standardise, document and refine group specific processes, procedures, tools and templates.

Working alongside a permanent staff member who "owns" all internal processes (manual and IT systems), your role will be to facilitate discussions, review current documentation, work closely with an outsourced 3rd party supplier (to ensure consistency of process etc across the two organisations), have input into good practice, and create consistent, "living" documentation.  You may also have input into the refinement of policy.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced business process mapping and procedures documentation specialist.  You must have the ability to work across the organisation, working with a range of business unit types and a variety of teams.  You will use the Promapp tool, help create documents and procedures that are clear, well communicated and "bought into".

You will ideally be able to start at short notice, 1 April 2109 at the latest.

Please make contact quickly.

Please note that only those individuals with a suitable background will be contacted.
