IT Support Technician

Our client is a NZ Data Management company who provide data analysis software and services to the Primary Healthcare Organisations within New Zealand. This data is turned into meaningful information to be easily evaluated towards improving their services and enabling the best possible care for their patients and community.

About the role:

  • You’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for clients through running the helpdesk
  • Problem solve and assist with system implementation
  • Software testing
  • You will work as part of the team and be engaging with all levels of users
  • Identify, triage and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Requirements:

  • Customer service and relationship experience, maintaining respect and professionalism
  • A working knowledge of SQL Server and TSQL
  • C#, html and JavaScript
  • Testing experience
  • The ability to take initiative and show ownership
  • A desire to contribute your knowledge and experience to add value to the company
  • Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology or Computer Programming
