We approach learning differently to enable better futures for our students and communities, and our combination of theory and hands-on experience will give students the skills to meet the changing needs of employers.

This is an exciting time to join a sector that will transform vocational education in New Zealand for future generations. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of this change.

The position

As an International Student Advisor you'll provide professional and culturally aware customer service to our diverse range of students on campus. You'll be the one to provide expertise for enquiries relating to their applications, providing sound decision making through the assessment of all international applications for our academic programmes.

Please refer to the position description on our website for further information about the position.

Your experience

You'll come from a customer service or sales background and be confident liaising with customers over the phone.  As you'll be the main point of contact during our student's application process communication is key. You'll also be proactively troubleshooting any issues that may arise during their application process. Networking is essential as you'll need to direct your successful applicants through to the next stages of their Unitec Journey.
