Here at The Warehouse Group (TWG) we have recently undergone a fundamental transformation within our core marketing teams - bringing all the brands into one true Centre of Excellence for the business.  Under this dynamic change-the-game vision at TWG, we are a new breed of in-house marcoms team - imagined as a creative collective to devise, implement and execute new and exciting ways to engage today’s retail consumer.

 

The role

Reporting into our Photography Studio Manager, your role centres on providing support to our photography studio. Here no two days are the same!  You will interact closely with the wider Marketing team and our merchandise team, and play a part in the smooth running of our studio.

 

Your key duties will include:

  • Supporting the photography team for integrated promotional campaigns, video, Instagram, Facebook, web, mailer, special events and online imagery
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of images so critical path is met
  • Checking product has arrived for shooting and checking against photo requests
  • Daily preparation including steaming and gathering of samples for shoots, along with assisting with styling when needed
  • Assisting the Photography Studio Manager with general duties including administration, scheduling when needed, call sheets.
  • Supporting and driving process improvements

 

About you 

Your strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task will be key (and tested daily!).  Equally important is your high energy, and excellent communication skills. We will rely on your flexibility and proactive nature you bring to work each day! 

It’s important that you have a clean driver’s license
