Quality Assurance Graduate

Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join DHL Supply Chain as a Quality Assurance Graduate. We require two individuals, who are driven to learn, develop and build their career within a fast moving multi-national organisation.

Reporting to the National Quality and Risk Manager, your overall responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of the DHL Supply Chain (New Zealand) Limited (DSC) quality and regulatory activities.

The QA Graduate’s key accountabilities will include the following:

  • Support the Quality & Regulatory Assurance team in maintaining the Quality Programme for New Zealand, in the different portfolios (RMP, FSP, LSHC, Audits, CRs, NCCAPA, etc.)
  • Supporting DHL Business activities in line with regulatory requirements (MOH, MedSafe, MPI, etc.) as well as various customer requirements.
  • Controlling business documentation – Including generating and revising SOPs
  • Supporting the roll out an implementation of eQMS system
  • Maintain temperature control, mapping, monitoring and reporting activities
  • Facilitating the maintenance of the quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Meeting the daily quality requirements of our clients
  • Carrying out internal and external audits
  • Carrying out quality assurance related projects

 

Key competencies and skills will include:

  • Ideally you would have a tertiary background in business or science, with some knowledge on warehousing and logistics and have basic administrative experience
  • Interest in quality and good manufacturing practices
  • Extremely accurate and have a great eye for detail
  • Great sense of humour, excellent interpersonal and communication skills will ensure you build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • A knack for time management, meeting deadlines and prioritising work

 

This position is based at one of our Auckland Airport site; however you will need a driver’s licence and the flexibility to work across our sites in Auckland.
